Straight Out Of Rustic Hills

from Straight Out Of Rustic Hills by Thomas Clarke

/

about

Another track I finished on New Year's Day 2015 is this short dubstep track that samples parts of "Sand", "Frustration", "Help Me Lord", "Piney Woods", and "Up". It was composed during the same sessions as "Planetary", and will also serve as the title track to my upcoming album "Straight Out Of Rustic Hills". The "Rustic Hills" referenced in the title is the neighborhood I grew up in during the 1970s, which is now nowhere near as nice a part of Colorado Springs as it was when I was growing up.
